I have been a business owner for years, and I currently work in "high-end" customer sales and service in my own business. I know how difficult it is in today's world to exceed the customer's expectations because expectations are often set so unrealistically high. I am sure I am prone to high expectations myself, but want to say that the Bosley Medical team met and exceeded my expectations for an overall very positive experience. Great concern was shown to make sure I was not feeling any discomfort at any point during the procedure. I was given precise instructions for the following time frame. Care was given to keep me well hydrated with juices, and I never went hungry during the long day and, most of all, I had a lot of fun talking with the very pleasant and interesting staff. They are top-notch people and very professional. The day went by quickly because of them. I also really liked your (Dr. Carlson's) "bedside" manner, and found you to possess the finest patient-friendly demeanor of any physician I have come in contact with. I look forward to my hair coming in and to scheduling a second procedure down the road.

Like many people, I visit doctors' offices from time to time for a variety of reasons. Most offices are cold and impersonal. Most are not like your office [Bosley Medical Philadelphia], with the extraordinary level of care, compassion and professionalism that I had the pleasure of enjoying. Despite the inherent discomfort that is to be expected from the type of procedure that I endured, it was a gratifying and pleasurable experience because of the level of compassion, expert knowledge and skill that you shared with me. I felt like a person and not just a faceless patient. I hope you (Dr. Carlson) realize how much that means... I have never been more at ease or confident in a medical setting than I have been in your care. I truly feel that your concern for my welfare and satisfaction was heart-felt. I can understand the satisfaction you must feel when your work has such a positive impact on your patients... There is a huge difference between being treated and being treated well. For example, the epitome of nursing, in my mind, is the skill and ability to provide the highest level of applied training, expert technique, and the rare, natural rapport with patients, which puts them at ease and lets them know that they're being held in the heart of an angel ...
